I never did find with 100% certainty the proper tach output. My tach is at about 1/10 currently. Literally, redline is like 600rpms.

Are you using the Wiring Specialties Pro harness?

I bought two of the same e34 mounts. So I had to reorder the driver side but we still kinda mocked it up. Headers clear and oil pan clears.

Nice, that makes sense. Is that the wrong t56 or can you make it work?

Idk. As if anything else could go wrong I found out that it was the lt1 tranny. Still a t56.

Seems like either God doesn't want me to have this thing. Or he just wants me to know every damn bit of this car even down to a tranny having a clutch fork or not.

You could convert it, its not that hard to take apart the t56... The hardest part is pulling the 5th/6th gear off the mainshaft, you'll need a good puller for that. I hacked together a gear puller from harbor freight to do that.
