who cares what RWH thinks. in the end he drives a pink beater that he can hardly afford to keep nice, so if he wants to drive a rust bucket his whole life then let him. It doesn't bother me at all that my car is 20x cleaner and worth 4-5 times as much.

        Ehh, I'll fix it... someday.

and even the borbets are wider than baskets, so they do something as well.

paint on valve cover however serves no real purpose. but to look good. i don't know what i was thinking.

Some day he will realize that his teeniebopper days are over...

Till then, i'll rape him on the track if he ever comes to the northeast, and gets passed his driver education.

As for boosting ITB's...youve obviously never driven an ITB turbo car. The throttle response is just as quick. Take a Nissan GTIR or Skyline for a drive if you ever have the opportunity...youll agree.

I design and manufacture turbo kits for a living so I do have a fucking clue unlike some that have automotive pipe dreams. Ive always wanted to make a set of ITB's and the Diblas (sp?) setup is fucking retarded for how much it costs. I also have less money into the entire setup than some have in there air filter/chip/exhuast setup  .

I just got the car running last weekend and theres still plenty of tuning left as well as the learning curve of a new standalone (Megasquirt for both fuel and spark). I still need to sort out the brakes as I miscalculated master cylinder piston diameter. I also have '02 M Roadster brakes/suspension that are going on the car as well. After all is said and done Id like to give the S38 swap a try.
Hey Jon, how's the "squirtin" going...I'm looking to do this to my E30 in the near future. Any gotcha's? What are you going to use for the ignition triggering? Stock/other? Just curious...The ITB's look cool...
