    SOOOO easy now

Does ANYONE know if the OEM BMW pulley fan holder looks like the one in this auction?

I bought it and its working like SHIT. Only one of the holes fit while the other doesn’t, no matter what I try you can't get the second whole in the bolt. Its either it wont fit at the angle(s) or it just is made poorly. I want to know if the BMW one looks the same.

I doesn’t matter how hard I hit the damn wrench, the holder still slips every time since only one bolt fits…

Looks just like that. I ended up having to climb onto my intake manifold and kick the wrench on the fan clutch with a screwdriver holding the pully...

I'm thinking about using the blow torch to heat up the bolt... then again if its the holder that keeps slipping that might not help

I swear you guys are all fucking legally retarded.

You don't need the special tool, or any tool for that matter to hold the pulley.
Just hit the end of your 32mm wrench with a small hammer in a diagonal-clockwise direction. I do this EVERY FUCKING DAY, and have NEVER had one not come loose and have NEVER damaged a water pump. Yeah, really. You fucks.

You must have god like powers that allow you to levitate the wrench without it dropping down when you let it go to hit it with the hammer

the wrench isn't going to fall if you have the belt still hooked up to the water pump pulley..

The 32mm wrench can be bought for $10 at any bicycle shop. So, it won't break your heart to use a small hammer to hit it on the handle. Did anyone forget to mention that the thread is a reverse thread?
Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.

just spend another few hours trying to get it...

I tried bending the holder to get both holes to line up but it wouldn't work at all. then i just tried using one and it dosn't work. the wrench moves sometimes but not the bolt...
