Think I could get away with a 17X8 ET0 up front with a 205/40? Maybe 2 degrees of camber. I know there would be poke but you think I could at least get the tire tread under the fender?

Car : e30 325 4door goodness? lol
Wheel : 16x8 0 offset
Tires : 215 45 ( maybe a 205 )
....doing a roll either way, but just concerned about the 4 door factor of the car. Not sure of how large of a spacer I will need to run to have this be flush. Think dori dori flush....or should I maybe do a 5lug-spacer/conversion to toss on generic 5 lugs in a 17x9 15 offset? ( i have a set of wheels i used to run on my 240 that would look sick on the e30 ) This is for a daily driver, and I will be running cupkit set up, or maybe build my own , but either way not a really drastic drop. It is a 325, so want to kinda keep it 325ish.The 9mm is a .45 set on stun.:mrgreen:Comment

found some unusual wheels for a good price, but more aggressive than i'd hoped. i want aggressive fitment, but wasnt intending to go crazy lol but the price and condition, and unusual nature of wheels has me interested..
16x9 +6
16x10 +6
any chance of getting these under? 215/40 and 225/40 and rolled and pulled guards i guess?Comment

Won't fit without severe fender work.Comment

I need wheel specs. 15x9 +0 requires a lot of work (super stiff linear springs, pulled arches, stretched tires, headache low ride height).Comment

Depends on the exact tire. If the section width is 9.2" or less on a 7" wheel they should fit. 9.3" and bigger and you'll need a small spacer.Comment

Excuse me for me being so uninformed about this kinda thing, pretty new to it.
Car : 89' 325i 2dr
Wheels : 15x8.25 ET 0 or 16x8.25 ET 0
Suspension : Bavauto springs/Bilstein HD
Tires : Don't know at the moment.
Main question is what would be an ideal tire choice with minimal stretch. Will rolled/pulled fenders be necessarily done. Will I need any spacers? Just trying to go for a flush look.
Please excuse my stupidity.
Thanks in advance.

Car : 91' 318i 4-door
Wheels : custom 16x8
Suspension : H&R Sport/Bilstein Sports
Tires : ???
Friend has a set of 16x8 custom wheels that he never finished as the centers have not been machined yet at all in terms of hub bore, bolt pattern, offset. Aside from the obvious 4x100 spacing, 57.1 center bore, what would the ideal offset be to fit without needing spacers/rolling etc...? I would like to run 225 width tires, but that is not set in stone. I'd rather run a 215 tire than have to roll/do fender work. Machinist said that there is enough metal to do anything from 0mm offset to 28mm offset, and he can obviously do diff offsets fronts/rears as well. Thanks in advance for any help.Last edited by brgracer; 07-06-2011, 04:42 PM.1991 Alpine 318i w/S52 swapComment
