Even with the 205/55 it will be very close to rubbing an unrolled fender. I'd still suggest going for it.

Whats a good meaty tire size for a euroweave on a 318is sitting on a bilstein & hr sport suspension?

Im just on IE3 springs with konis/stock drophats so nothing too slammed.
Its salmon silver, would some BBS Rc090 wheels look good on it?
I wonder if I could use adaptors?

Big up's helping us all out man. Jay, maybe you can shed some light on this.. Got a s54 pwrd e30 and it needs wheels and tires. Would like to tuck as much rim if possible and still remain relatively low. What are my options.. Its a late model with full Gc coils/adjustable tabs and Mild roll but am sure that i will have to roll more.

Well then you went too small. Throw a 5mm spacer on the rear and roll. :D

You'll need E30 M3 5-lug or a re-drill. They'll work with adapters/camber/stretch/fenderpull but that's for the extreme.

I could answer that question with 100 different setups, you're going to have to narrow it down. Wheel diameter? You say you want the most rim, but in order to do that you'll be running a stretched tire...not exactly ideal for getting S54 power down.

Yea, its unrealistic to accomplish what i had in mind. Will, i think its cost efficient to run 17s due to the tire selection it offers.. As far as width is concerned, i have no clue. My guess is that it will have to accommodate at least 245/?. What do you think perhaps a 8 or 9 et25? It will be seeing some track

I'm getting very close to pulling the trigger on a set of Schmidt Revolution Modern Line wheels. The options I'm struggling with are (here is where I need your input) -

Option 1: All 4 wheels 16x9 et15 4x100. Tunershop says these will fit fine with no rubbing and no spacers needed but...will there be any poke out from the fenders? Will the rears poke also? I want a flush look all around. Which leads me to...

Option 2: Fronts 7.5" et25 with 9" et15 rears. Would this give me more of a flush look or is it the same as the above option since the 7.5" fronts are et25?

What tire size do you recommend on the 9" on all 4 corners option and what tire sizes for the staggered setup option so there is no rubbing? I would like as much tire as possible.

Tunershop should know that what they're selling (16x9 all around) does not fit without 3-5mm front spacers. The fronts will be poking, the rears not so much.

The staggered setup will need 20mm spacers to make the fronts fit remotely even to the rears.

215/45/16 Falken RT-615k or Kumho XS all around if you're worried about grip. On either setup.

Jay - You would suggest the same size tire for a staggered setup? You wouldn't go with a wider tire on the wider rear wheels?

I picked up some 15x7 +20 Zender Turbo rims cheap off a local guy which have bald 205/50s on them. The 205s are a little bulgey on the 7".

I plan to get them refurbished professionally and make them look nice as a stop-gap wheel. I enjoy aggressive fitment but on skinny 15s it will be hard. When i install them, i will be running a full coilover setup.

My thoughts were to run 25mm front and 30mm rear bolt on spacers and roll the guards. What size tyre would suit this combo? Judging from the bulge of the 205, i was thinking 195/50 or even 185/50 if that is possible to buy.

My concern is making the small and narrow wheels look awkward if spaced too much with too small a tyre. However i only want to use bolt-on type spacers so the minimum for these is often 25mm.

I was thinking of 205/50/r15's? and like a 15mm-20mm spacer? lmk

Apex Arc-8 is 17x8 +25 and fits a 235/40/17 with a minor fender roll. There aren't any better choices out there IMO.
