This is the picture of my old setting
    front r16x7.5 (195/50) rear r16x9 (205/50)
    not good setting:

I do not worry about fender work, my front and rear fender already rolled.
    so 205/45 front 225/40 rear...
But how about 225/45 on the rear, still rubbing ?
The rears are 16x9 +11, right? 225/45 will need substantial fender work, don't do it. 215/45 can work if the spring rate is high enough and the fender is rolled flat.

No wheel is ideal to run an 8mm spacer on with these cars. As I said, there is little to no hub left for the wheel to sit on. I wouldn't recommend installing them, but many have safely run them for years. Entirely up to you.

I'm inquring about 225/45/16 size tires. Will there be rubbing of any kind? Body is all stock, fenders never rolled. Better bet to go 205/50/16? Mainly for daily driving & hard parking. :D
Most 225/45s will actually work without rolling. Worst case you'll need the slightest of rolls in the rear.

            RS002 15x8

What tire size should I run ?
Same all around ? Wider in rear?
Unless you're willing to pull your fenders, you're stuck with 205/50 all around. Even then your rear arches will need to be rolled.

205/55 will be a tough fit on 15x8 +13. What suspension are you running?

i have two sets of wheels.

whats the largest spacer i can use? i have front camberplates currently set at (-4). rear camber is at (-3) at its current height. should also mention adjustable height with 500f/600r springrates

wheel 1: (e34 style 5) 15x7 et20 with 195/50/15 tires. (need spacer for brake clearance in front)

                          wheel 2: (euroweaves) 15x7 et24 planning on 205/50/15

                            Can I add spacers to a 16x9 ET 15 with a 205/40 (rear) for a better stance?

From looking through all the post it seems the widest tire people are running is 245's.
I'm wondering if anyone runs wider than this?
If so, what kind of offset are you running? What suspension?
My question is because i'm building a ls1 car that will be putting down atleast 400rwhp.

                              EDIT: Car is a 1987 325IS

BBS RS 039 /// 16x7 et 24 front.. what size spacer and optimal tire size.
BBS RS 040 /// 16x8 et 24 rear.. same question as above.

Also, I need to get some hubcentric rings.. what is the best way to find out the correct size?

                                Thanks!
