Found for sale, has extensive rust damage and panel damage. Interior is allegedly in restored 'mint' condition. Mechanically they say it ran and was ok.

Not shown is the rockers which are absolutely gone and rusted away. pretty grim. Interested, but they are asking 16k AUD, which is quite far fetched but they own a restoration business so they see value in it.

By the time you import it etc from the UK you might as well bid on that mint one for auction, when factoring the cost of restoring this as well ;)

Wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole. I'm sure there are better options to be had out there.

That is serious rust. Id be worried about raising it on the life by the looks of the front floor. If they wont touch it, run.

I wouldn't pay any more than the kit & bumpers are worth, if even that due to the hassle of having to scrap the chassis.

I am doing a full Resto. I've seen these sell for 55k AUD. Regardless I'm planning to keep it for a long time.
