So, wrong hand drive, rusty, unknown mileage and questionable paint. This guy is dreaming if he thinks it's worth $7,000 because it has a neat body kit. Without the body kit it's probably less desirable than a domestic market 528e.This 1986 BMW 528i (e28) is silver with a navy interior, it has an M-tech body kit and was imported from the UK by a friend of mine. It runs well but there is a slight rattle in the shift knob around 65mph. It has some rust from the UK roads. It is a 5-speed and the transmission shifts flawlessly. It’s a very fun car to drive and great for someone who wants to take on a project. I have all of the import paperwork and receipts from the new tires, exhaust and brakes. The odometer does not work so I am not sure the mileage.Comment

I'm betting it's a crank position sensor. If it didn't have the dented back door I would have already bought it.
