    Depending on the car, dropping a Furman in would increase the value by more than 215K. Seller knows it too and wouldn't be selling if he had a 550, RS60, or 904, even replicas.

    The 4-cam motor is very unique, so sure the internals can be made from scratch (pistons, rods and even a crank) the cylinder head would also need to be designed from scratch.

    Gotta love some of the crack pipe pricing that certain sellers are trying to get for e30s these days - for example:

    $79k for a S54 swapped 325is that generally looks good, but has a leaking radiator, broken handbrake and stone chips?

    Surely if you’re asking for top dollar, then fix the radiator, and handbrake, and buy some touch up paint!

    For reference you could buy two euro spec e36 M3s or e92 M3s for that price, buy an immaculate e46 M3 for $15k - $20k less, or a near new F87 M2.
