Not typical to the US market, the fuel injected or “i” series of the 320 model make for a stunning ride. Having to sustain the success of the E21 platform, BMW had a task on their hands. Coming to America via Monoco Auto Collections (Ohio) April 2021, she was scooped up and transferred to Austin, TX. Our current owner just can’t continue to subject such a unique auto to the harsh Texas rays, even though he’s put 11,000 kilometers on her, respect has him looking for a collector. And why not, these cars have a huge cult following, from enthusiasts to us Gen-Pop’s, few cars have attracted the same widespread affection at the chassis code E 30 BMW.

Dark blue, she is as original as the day she arrived in Japan. It is reported that no repairs have ever been performed on this vehicle’s exterior. Bold, beautiful, and full of character, that circa’ 1980’s front grill and nose became iconic with driving pleasure.

Matching and balancing the blue is a deep dark and original blue cloth interior. Nothing has been reported as altered or changed, and her condition is pristine. All glass is stated as original and all functions from window operation to climate control are reported to perform proper. Please note that the handicap assist controls, per our Owner, have been carefully removed and all interior functions are back to original.

Original, untouched is the Euro fab’d 2.0 litre In-line 6 cyl. Fuel injected Single Overhead Camshaft (SOHC) and perfect, she’s a testament to German engineering, and makes the BMW a driver’s machine. Updated is a new air conditioning system, timing chain, all hoses and belts, fuel pump and a complete and in-depth tune bring her to like new mechanically. Backing is the 4-speed automatic tranny. All remaining running gear and suspension are factory stock.

Yep, clearly. No maintenance, no real effort to sell the car, and asking too much. Undoubtedly will sell soon because people are dumb.

That has potential to look cool imo but would be way too much work to be worth it to anyone.

Yeah. And definitely looks better than the e36 hatchback too.

I saw another e36 wagon in cali, but I can't seem to find the post now.
I believe it was ~26k and had an S50/52 swap. Not sure if it was the US or EU version though.

Nice! IMO E36 wagons look better than E30 wagons. The boxy rear-end shape suits the boxy front-end better.

My name is Ian and I build E30'S.

I completed this car about 6 months ago, and have enjoyed driving it but it's time to find a new home for her, as I have other projects to finish.

This is a true "is" car, with an extensive list of upgrades.

    Here is the Build sheet:

Fully disassembled and repainted in "M" Teal.
    S50 motor dropped in from a 95' M3.
    Getrag 260 transmission.
    2.93 LSD rear differential.
New rotors and pads all around.
    Refurbished 16 inch borbet rims.
    Brand new tires.
    E36 M3 Vader seats.
Complete interior redone and black vinyl and alcantara suede.
Custom white LED gauges with needles painted to match exterior.
Custom stitched Evo M3 style door panels.
    Remus style square tip muffler.
    93" Golf mk3 roof spoiler-removable.
    Headers and Custom exhaust.
    MagnaFlow High Flow catalytic converter.
Z3 shift linkage, with zhp shift knob.
    Z3 steering rack upgrade.
325ix fender flares and side skirts-oem.
Full custom sound system with Android 10.0 flip out head unit, backup camera, front camera, DVR recording camera, Clarion subwoofer, and amplifier.
Custom-made hydro dipped carbon fiber valve cover. I've never seen another one like it.
    Custom air intake.
    Mtech one where spoiler.
    Factory is front lip.
    LED tail lights from Italy.
All other signal lights and fog lights in smoke finish.
    Hid headlight upgrade.

And more that I'm probably forgetting..

This car rips, and runs excellent.

I just finished a road trip of almost a thousand miles.

I live in Mesquite nevada, but will be coming to Las Vegas on Monday and could deliver the car to the Vegas area.

You can see the build on this car as it developed on my Instagram @ian_e30_71. As well as my other builds.

Don't waste my time, this is a seriously nice built car, and it will only go to someone who's going to appreciate it.

    Clean AZ title in hand.

    Thanks for looking.
