Looks as if it's Tony's old car that was listed for $8500 three years ago and sold on ebay for $7600.
It's a cali car and considering the Mecum auction and transportation fees, the new seller appears to have taken a loss.
The car isn't perfect and looked much better on TV.
Car was previously sold in stock form in 2009. Asking was $3995.

Even if you are a fan of Baur's that's probably the wrong forum to sell a 24v swapped one. Those buyers are not really a good target for that kind of car. Though I am willing to guess it was either a dealer or someone trying to just unload it.1991 325i MT2 Touring (JDM bro)
