I daily my e30, but my wife's car (which is our main family commuter, especially in summer since I don't have AC!) is a Hyundai Elantra. Hyundai do local suspension tuning on them now down here, and it actually drives surprisingly well. Not a performance car by any stretch of course, but is entertaining enough with the 6 speed manual.
Daily driver '98 328is taking over autox duty. Replaced the rtab's and front control arms but it's likely the original 170k mile 20 year old suspension and so far I'm keeping up with new GTIs and Focus RS's. Great car.
'86 E30 eta - needs a manual swap. Father-son project. His daily.
'67 Alfa Romeo Duetto spider - under 50th birthday renovations. Drove it to work every day for years in Seattle, parked in the rain in the old Kingdome parking lot.
Audi A4 Avant - 1.8T, manual, quattro, sport seats. My main daily.
Volvo 850 T-5 wagon.
Volvo XC70 wagon - my wife drives this. Good camping and trip car.
Land Rover LR3 - son's car.
Well, we've got the E30 as my daily. The Porsche 914/4 2.0 is a '76 and it's me and my dad's little vintage sports car project. We're gonna be welding in a new floorpan and putting on fiberglass GT style fenders like the 914/6 he used to have before I was born.
Then there's my dad's 2015 Mustang GT Premium. He has it supercharged with a Roush Phase 2 supercharger and a tune and he's pushing close to 800 at the crank. Heeee won't let me drive that for more than a block trip, and honestly, I don't want to lmao. That's just too much power for me and it's a scary experience. You can spin the tires in third, even with a staggered setup like we have. He still hasn't replaced the stock half-shafts so if I were to do a full launch like I REALLY WANT TO (in a safe environment, of course.), I'd snap them and that'd suck. We've gotta upgrade them to something that can handle more power.

I tried to compromise and get a 'reliable' and 'practical' car that has ended in driveway stains and lesbian commentary. I'm buying a cheap '98 328i to daily while I put a rock on the gas and point the Subaru towards a cliff.
