My car has headlights, brake lights and a windsheald, which is all that matters in kansas. If you buy a car out of state you have to take it to have a VIN inspection, they look at the vin on the dash and the door to make sure they match.... and that's it. I had that done and I will NEVER have to take my car to be inspected or any shit like that again.
I did drive my car from colorado up to montana and back to kansas with the PO's tags, and waited a couple months to get it registered, but I didn't drive it all that much during that time. although some piece of shit white trash mother fucker stole dudes tags from outside my garage and somehow managed to rack up an ass load of parking tickets with them. :weak:
I'll never understand the motovation of some fucking people, I mean It cost me < $60 to register my car. not exactly a major fuckign investment.
I do have a Jeep wagoner and an mr2 that are not registered, but I keep them out at my parents house in the sticks and although I did use the waggy to move, I only drive them around on contrey roads, If that.
