S2000 or Swapped E30?

Honda makes great cars. Just, relax the muscles and let it ease in...

honda doesnt make great cars. they make cheap cars that dont last, thats y every junkyard is 80% hondas. honda motor swaps cost like 200 bucks and it dies just as quickly as it was put in. a couple of my buddys have hondas, couple civics and an integra with an LS swap. they are all garbage. hondas are all about talk on the side of the road or at the gas station, they neverwanna race tho.

Hate to quote myself, but I think you missed it the first time....

Food for thought:
AP1 s2000, stock motor with a GT2871r, Evo 9 intercooler, AEM engine management, and 3" exhaust makes 350whp on 91 octane pump gas. This car made 190whp before turbo was installed, 350-190= 160whp gain on pump gas. Oh and you dont make 7hp with race gas on a turbo car, you can easily make another 50whp.

that power band is shit though. notice the graph doesn't even start until 3k - it has nothing under 4000rpm.

get a clean e30 m50. ive had mine for a while now and havent had any real problems... but ive got a bunch of friends that have a shit load of problems with their s2k's but in the end if you looking for reliability get a civic...
