Are you opposed to bottlecaps? Would fit well with the M10 and early model chassis.

14" in 4x100 and they made 15" in 5x120 for the E36 I believe.

Toying with the idea of 15 inch basketweaves because I perfer them over bottlecaps anyways, Though I will say the sparco's are going to be kept for the days I'll need them for autocross/track days haha

It's almost the end of July, I've gone through two major events and yet I am still pushing to get the car done before winter starts in a few months so what happened?

The Trigger Wheel Nonsense is almost over as in I managed to pool enough together to buy the IE kit and tools needed to install this trigger wheel, I will be selling off the other bits for the homemade trigger wheel as a kit to someone here or Facebook if they need a complete trigger wheel kit for their M10, However on first impressions... This is a damn nice wheel for 250 bucks! The sensor included is a Ford VR crank position sensor which I have the part number included in the tutorial currently being developed as we speak. That puppy is going to be finished once I actually install it and take pictures along the way, Hell a simple video will be done as well for people who don't like reading haha. One complaint that I am going to say? This pulley is smaller and my water temps will be affected in a way that makes driving in the city difficult so we'll need to install and wire up a Electric fan for the small block radiator, Otherwise this kit is 90 better than what I was gonna try and hack up my original pulley for, We will see how long it lasts...

Second thing to mention: I'm now going off to college next spring to become a automotive technician and therefore I am probably going to be way too busy to make progress on this car, I still need to repair the majority of the rust on this E30 before I commit to using her as a weekend warrior only, The E30 has proven itself to be somewhat reliable but each issue that she throws at me, We always find solutions to repair it including the addition of CAD! For the first time I am finally jumping into the water and making my own parts to weld or bolt onto the car with CAD, this should solve the issues of not being able to find someone else to make parts for this engine specifically. Also I can officially keep the Small Block Radiator without having to do Jank Modifications to keep it in place. College will aid me in fixing and becoming certified to work on any vehicle, Quite helpful!

Third thing! We are 90% finished with the standalone conversion and we only need to install a wideband 02 sensor and then do the other required bits to get it running okay enough for me to repair the driveshaft and install that shiny stromung exhaust, Thank god I grew up and got rid of the straight pipe LOL

As for Life, I beat a court case and finally decide to repair the other vehicle in the lineup so it can be a good beater, Work has been a game of throwing darts and hustling crappy jobs to make enough for everything that required my attention, I can't put into words on the events that lead me to this moment, Finally! Progress...

Interesting about the underdrive water pump pulley. How much smaller is the diameter?

Agreed, School's more important than a car but the knowledge and experience gained from it will aid the build progress of this E30 and my career. Yesterday I had to go on a roadtrip to Northempton MA for a mirror for the XC60 and overall I was able to replace the broken mirror with a fresh one that cracked again when I was adjusting a power wire. On top of this? The car has a serious misfire issue that is due to worn out coils not seating on the spark plugs, They were caked in gasoline when i swapped them but somehow this bastard is still running. Impressive but I'll find cheap coils to throw them in. However It wasn't all for nothing since I enjoyed quality time with my family, Much needed after the chaos of court! I managed to also score two IX Basketweaves that need some refreshing but I will be on the hunt for two more plus a 14 inch one for a spare.

For the water pump pulley, It's completely stock but the trigger wheel is attached to a 4 inch crank pulley which slows down the alternator and water pump by 25% This was the only current option on the market and I did try to see if i can make my own crank pulley with the stock one plus the escort wheel from 2man but I'll be frank, I don't exactly know if the pulley will remained balanced on the crankshaft after having a wheel machined and welded onto the power steering groove of this pulley. Maybe in the future but this is what we will be running for now, Also maybe it will be time to finally give in and drive a 60's-70's american car since I had my eyes on various models for years at this point, Perhaps after College.

Anyways, I'll install the pulley tomorrow and write up the tutorial for it! I'll do my best to format it and make it straight to the point. Cheers.

Got these two wheels for dirt cheap in solid shape so on a budget standpoint, I wouldn't mind running spacers at all to clear these wheels.

This was the kit I used for the IX weaves I used on my Save-an-IS project. Final stance was pretty nice
