      Thats crazy then. Rotating engine tells the DME to power the fuel pump. Air, Fuel, Fire= explosion if timed correctly.

          I have to disagree guys. I mean, if it was the CPS I wouldn't be getting spark. The issue is that there is no 12v at the fuse box.

            Fixed the fuel pump issue, so we have fuel.
            Have spark, at least outside of the motor.
            Injectors are firing.
            Compression is low, but even. with 6 cranks it has 90 psi, throw some oil in and it goes up to 150.

            I think we have everything we should.

                In some cases a bad cps would go to a defult were it would fire until it senses ignition and the engine can time it from there, I don't know if bmw did that but I would not rule out cps because you have spark.

                  From everything I have seem there will be no spark if CPS is bad. That being said, try another one if you have access to it. :)

                        I figured out the fuse box, like I said. Fuel pump is working now. It just isn't lighting off. I'm going to let all the fuel air out of the cylinders over night, then change the oil, try again tomorrow.
