I think I spent about 2hrs on the full floor pan, but I’m happy with the turnout I just need to sort the power window wiring it runs on the drivers floor pan & causes moderate amounts of anxiety

My go to for this is a heat gun & a plastic scraper, then I cleaned up the residue with wax & grease remover, I had some colour matched paint made up in a spray can & painted some of the sealant edges where it was half assed in production & sealed with a satin clear.

The ice helped a lot, but some of them were so difficult to remove, it was terrible. I see have little honey comb all over though and I've thought about cleaning it, but i know i'm going to just cover it up anyway with dynamat and carpets... i'm just super impressed with the degree of clean on it.

I’ll be interested to see how it performs, there is a few time attack car rocking them going to ask about their experiences. The only other electric water pump I’ve used/experienced was the factory one on my old e82 & it was great up to when it died out of the blue

is that pump really 150L/min or is that per hour?
Going to see how it holds up to track usage, I’ve seen them on cars with more motor, more power, & driven harder than I will manage & they seem to hold up really well. But it’s the first ewp setup I’ve seen on an e30 so it will be interesting to see how it goes cooling the big iron block
