I got a large folder of history and magazines that featured interesting BMW's and also my car this was collected by the 2 previous owners. Yes the 333i was rated at 194bhp. Mine was turbo'd in the late 80's and then re-worked in the 90's raising it to 450bhp 520lbs of torque so quite a healthy gain. Also got the original owners manual here

These 333 is IMO the greatest non ///M..... E30 ever made
204 made and the most powerful E30 that left a BMW factory.. excl M3///
i am an ALPINA fan to the highest but ,, this car is so special
to me personally i think that value of these cars will go higher through the years,,
the only negative about them is RHD,,
the LHD market is more potential i think
MANY MANY Alpina parts were used .. and the car is so individual, in many ways
these dudes in ZA they also made the 745 with M88/3............. MANUAL ((17 cars of 209 made )) and the only EVER to date 7 serie that left the factory with a semi-race ITB engine... i have heard that 6 manual EURO 745 turbo were ordered by special request
and the 530 MLE E12,,,,,,,,,,,,,, one of the greatest E12 that BMW ever made
yes.. we should salute BMW South-Africa for making some of the greatest and most desire BMW that planet earth have seenSveinbjörn Hrafnsson

Been busy with some house building work recently so had no time. Will try and at least get some scans of the old paperwork I have uploaded. Have got my new engine mounts from 300mm.de to push the engine back further towards the bulkhead to enable a front mount instead of the side mount. Looking possibly at the evo9 intercooler route, have seen others using that.

Update time.
Not good news, car went for MOT and passed with no problems, 3 hours later after using the car, the Alpina radiator decided to spring a leak. Didnt overheat only lost about 250ml of coolant. This has now forced my hand in putting the e28 radiator in and changing over to "Tinos" mounts. Not sure whether to tackle myself or give to a garage that is 60 miles away. I have a garage but not double width so working on the car inside is not the easiest. I have some questions on the Alpina sump, and b32 oil pick up. I will need to change the sump to move the engine back enough, however as I understand this requires a new pick up or is it complete pump? Looked on real OEM and they look different beyond the pickup mine I believe has two holes where as the later version are slotted. How would you guys tackle this I am competent with the spanners. Also have the question about the rear pipe that apparently the old M30 have on the head not sure if I still have this or if BMW deleted it, I do have a pipe that comes from the expansion tank going across the bulkhead area is this the pipe they talk about.
new style pick up
old style additonal item 4 which looks like the slots are in a different plane item 12 and also looks like there is an additional gasket item 15 and only 2 holes on 13
However on the brightside I will be one step closer to a front mount which will unleash more ponys

Oil pump and pan with pick up for position 2 and 3. You can use a e34 m30 535i or e32 m30 735i.Projects Hartge,Alpina & AC Schnitzer Builds.http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=280601

can source the pan but was rather hoping that the oil pick up could be bolted to current pump body. If this is not possible then cannot even seem to source a complete pump. Maybe modify the Alpina pan and weld back up?
Also looks like the sprocket arrangement is different for the newer pump.
