That bondos going to crack. You should of used some kitty hair first. Then used a filler that flexes.
I give it a month max.Comment

I have noticed in numerous threads people post pics of bondo over paint. Is it not common place for you US based guys to strip the area being filled back to bare metal?Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.
Originally posted by der affefirst try a finger or 2, you need to have them suck on it first and get it nice and wet to help it slip in.
if she goes for that, astroglide up your pole, have her lay on her stomach and slip it in slowly and bury it to your balls and leave it there until she relaxes. once she is used to it slam that ass like a screen door.Comment

^ no, no need to. why do you think that bondo is going to crack so fast.
just read your complete thread from beg. to end. seems like it is going to be like a nice car when done.
oh, BTW, not a single euro car ever received that coolant valve, not a bad idea but I really think there is zero risk of your heater core blowing up. I am sure it was just a scare in the 90s of BMW getting sued by someone in the U.S. if it would happen.Comment

Modern, flexible body fillers do not require bare metal - they are designed to adhere to existing paint, and are typically used that way. BTW "Bondo" brand does not qualify as modern or even OK.Comment

Is this build thread going all pear shaped?Originally posted by Matt-Bhey does anyone know anyone who gets upset and makes electronics?Comment

It'll crack unless those body panels are fully welded though (my guess is they're not) especially on a flexie old e30.sigpicComment

I dont know what kitty hair is, and where to get flex filler, Im not to worried, kinda winging it here.Comment

At least take the bondo'd areas down to straight metal. No paint 3" in either direction, bondo, Evercoat, done.Need a part? PM me.

yea i did, those pics are before more sanding , i was only trying to fill tiny holes and dimples from cutting off bracketsComment

Kitty hair is a fiberglass product, by the way. Flex agent is usually sold at most body stores if you have any close. It's worth it in the long run BUT, if you don't mind doing it all again, get some work done and get that bitch on the road, man ;)Need a part? PM me.
