Ha. Don't think so, I already has plans for that...
Just finished doing bedliner on the firewall and trans tunnel, I'm really quite excited at this point. Finishing off the engine bay marks the point of starting to put things back together. I just bolted the fuse box back down, and that was the first step. Monday, I'm ordering my clutch kit, my headers, engine mounts, and a whole shitload of little parts from blunttech, pretty much everything I need to completely put the engine back together. Just waiting on a flywheel.Comment

Didn't get as much done as I wanted to today, but I did get the ABS pump and the hardlines back in, as well as started working on getting the wiring back in. I decided not to do a wire tuck since I'm not really too hot on extending everything, but I did want to get it up off of the wheel wells, so I got some rubber-coated wire clamps, and mounted the harnesses up along the underside of the fender. Those 2 harnesses are still the only one's you'll see, everything else up on the firewall will be behind M3 firewall covers.

I like. Reminds me of the old mopar engine bays where the car would be any color and the engine bay was always black.Comment

I kind of thought it gave the engine bay a little more of a "motorsport-y" look, kind of along that same vein. I'm just lucky that my car is black. :DComment

Andrew and I completed modifying the booster input rod on my 944 booster tonight, should be able to get it and the master cylinder back in the car soon, once I get my new expansion tank. Also fixed the broken bleeder screw on my M42 radiator, we just epoxied in a new threaded insert, and put a new nylon bolt in for a brand new bleeder.Comment

Interesting choice for the bay. If I had not seen the pictures 1st I would have been in the no way this will turn out group. BUT it really looks fucking good man. Great job on going against the grain and proving that it can look good.
Looks like I'm about to switch to a Porsch booster as well. Think mine is toast and have a friend with an extra one. Need to go research on what you have to modify to make it work.
