god damn man the progress with your car never stops!

i've never even opened a valve cover, i know ill need some help from someone who knows that they're doing.
I don't really know where I left off last, but I'll let the pics do most of the talking
Exhaust hangar
Homemade adapter for the AFM (and yes, eBay does have these things for $9). I needed it that day so I decided to make my own out of 2.5" exhaust piping and a little square of steel. I milled out a square in the center and welded the pipe on. I ended up cutting the pipe in half (wayyyy too long) so it fits better now.
Welded the bung in the wrong spot, so I had to grind it out, fill the hole, and then reweld it back on.
Wiring the wideband in
Got the intercooler in place/plumbing all done
Vacuum lines all good to go
Adjusting AFM wheel
So then once everything was hooked up, the fucking car wouldn't start.
First thing to check was the plugs. I'd have to say they were horrible.
So than I replaced the plugs with some NGK's, and it still wouldn't fire up. It would crank over, but it wouldn't run. Checked the plugs, they smelled like fuel, but they weren't soaking. I figured I was getting fuel. Then I got worried I wasn't getting spark, so I checked the spark plug and it had a strong spark. So my battery started to die and I couldn't find a charger. Sooooo I had my brother jump start me ;)
~3 minutes of trying to get it to start, it finally fired up. I sat on the throttle for a minute to get fuel through all of the lines/injectors and when I let off it idled amazingly. It was idling at 15.3 AFR (too lean) so I will adjust that tomorrow. Other than that, it seems to be run pretty well. I know there is a tiny exhaust leak coming out of the wastegate (a gasket is blown or something) so I'll take a look at that as well.
