i have an extra one if you really need it. pm me. there are other manual ones that work much better. maybe someone else can chime in on that. The biggest problem with these types of boost controllers is boost spike. my pos turbo volvo will spike at 17 lbs sometimes. im currently running 10psi. its dangerous unless you watch your boost levels constantly. its also not really good for tuning. In the long run your going to want to spend some good monies on a nice boost controller. apexi... something electronic. at least thats my experience.
Turbo M42 Build Thread :Here Ig:ryno_pzk I like the tuna here.
better but still the same ball valve concept. i donno some guys never have issues. i however have always had problems with ball valve style boost controllers

trying to quite a turbo m20 is going to be hard unless you run a cat multiple resonators and a factory style muffler all of which is fagget.
just run a big truck series muffler. they are cheap and they dont produce ricer noise.
nice welds. what are you building?
I would try and not run a straight through muffler, they're generaly louder.
I'd run a cat, then a center muffler(borla xs fits good) and then an end muffler.
Got my exhaust on order from summit/eBay. I got 10 assorted mandrel bends from eBay, and straight pipe/mufflers from Summit. All of which are 3". I got the turbo muffler, and a long glasspack. If it's too loud I'll order some more muffler, but for now I think I'll be fine. I also got a flex pipe, and other misc hoses for BOV/wastegate/boost controller. I ordered a new boost controller as well.
Ohh yeah, and I got new headbolts, headgasket, throttle body gasket (mine was leaking), and oil pan gasket. I'm sure there's some other things that I'm forgetting, but I'll take LOTS of pics during the installation. I only have a few days to get this thing up and running, so I'll have to work pretty fast. I'm excited ;)
Here's a picture because I hate when projects get updated with just words....
