SO the guy shipped the trans and sent me a tracking number and I went ahead and bought a Tial 50mm BOV for my new setup.

Drove the E30 to a cars and coffee event and made another tune. My tune is by far the smoothest but it still occasionally gets the first gear 4k stutter.

MY idle issue was 99% caused by the A/C switch, my electric fan runs off of it, but in the WAR chip my A/C on idle was set at a different value that what it needed to be. Since my car has no A/C I set my A/C on idle to be the same as a/c off and now the car idles very good.

because of my lack of a BOV my air was being counted again during let off/turbo flutter and really messing with the AFR's. MY tial bov should be here along with my 5 speed this Friday. Going to remove the automatic this weekend if the weather is nice.

If your running a MAF your going to still have the same problem. When you let off and the BOV actuates you will be removing all the air your AFM thinks it has. The only way to work around it is to move the MAF sensor further away from the inlet and place the bypass valve return as close to the inlet as possible. At an angle so that its facing it will be even better.

yeah but with the BOV its not nearly as bad, right now I go from 11 AFR down to 9.0 when I get the turbo flutter, with my leaky Bosch BPV my AFR would only go down around 10.5AFR, so its not nearly as bad.

Eric's E30 is kind of my inspiration for the flares, I will probably keep them body color to keep the clean look.
