I know there are a gazillion pages in this thread, but can you rehash your setup? What turbo/injectors/MS2? I believe your running wasted spark as well?

Would you mind posting up your Ignition table? I'd be interested to see what your timing looks like!

what's typically the difference between the mustang and say a dyno jet? I've heard several people say the mustang reads lower.

I've seen dyno jet read 40whp higher than mustang

Nuts Cameron. How sensitive are the tunes to a cam? I thought we had the same camshafts. Hope your tune will run my motor well enough to break in the cam being its got a 84mm stroke and 284/274 cam.

              Great numbers

I wouldn't be surprised if it was more. I was just reading up on the difference between the dynoJet (inertia measurement) and mustang dynos (load measurement). many people are saying it much closer to 100hp.

One article was saying the magic number is 140hp. he cross checked the same car on both setups, factored the 140hp loss along with a .85 multiplying factor for chassis loss and his numbers from dynojet to mustang ended up being about 3hp different.

I wouldn't be surprised if you were a lot closer to 500hp on a dynojet.

When you said worse damage could have happened if the gasket didn't blow, do you mean more timing to the point of putting a normal gasket in danger is passing the breaking point of the bottom end? And that an mls gasket could do more harm than good for this reason?

His car went on an actual 4 wheel dyno as well. So the number ha has is more real world because he was able to utilize a real world dyno and tune accordingly. If memory serves his rwhp was around 430hp but I could be a little off.

4 wheel or 2 wheel has nothing to do with it. It about how the power is measured.

I don't know the specifics I just know the dyno that was used at a local dyno tuning shop is capable of dyning 4 wheel drive cars as well as 2 wheel. That's all I meant.

thought I would film the process of replacing the headgasket, 40minutes crammed into less than 2 minutes. I dont have much time for wrenching lately but hopefully tomorrow I'll pull the head off.

Anyone run this kit in an E34? I'm picking up a 525it on Saturday and gonna swap it to a manual ASAP and am trying to decide to finally go boost or do a 532it, M52 or similar...

I didn't watch the video, but you did a head gasket in 2 hours? That's just impressive.
