I got the full exhaust out of the car, got the new one in place for install but looks like I will have to make my own rubber hangers it wont be hard. Reworked the Supercharger Inlet to take boost (before twincharge it only saw vaccum duty).
-Received my oil fliter adapter from member "e30euro". All I need to figure out is how to block the 2 BIG bolt holes (I removed the oil cooler) on it.
Tonight I got time a side to work on it for a few hours I should have some update pics tonight! My calculations tells me I should be ready for first start by mid-end of February :)
Tonight am working on itDenny

why are you using supercharger to flow into turbo? would that be better when both would flor straitght to manifold? here is how i would do it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KRhl182UAGY
raw diesel power :D OM606 with Eaton m90 + Garret gt40
same setup in e30 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uDK3K2TlAWs

After a lot of research the way to make serious power was to go like the lotus in the video (thanks for the link) and the Delta S4 lancia. I will dyno it at a local shop here to tune the timing and tweak the fuel :)
I will for sure have some REAL videos of inside and outside as am going to the track so speed is legal there :) am planning on on some slicks as traction is going to be crazy (I had serious issues with my 225/50 with 10PSI of supercharged boost) the low end torque transforms the car into a muscle car.
sorry for the long wait time on an update life got in the way lol....
UPDATE**
Update Project is going forward nice and slow... working on the turbo side of my setup.
Received and regasket the oil adapter, welded bolts (dont have a oil cooler), installed turbo oil inlet sandwich
clocked it so it fit under the header..
manifold installed...bolt holes had to be enlarged as it didnt fit but was very close ...no big deal
38mm wastegate installed fitting ready for intall...
her it is install with the fitting pointing in right direction.
I installed the turbo temp so to clock the housing properly ....
installed filter and I will need a 90degree coupler to join the turbo outlet and pipe...
so far so good still lots of work but its coming along like I promised a twincharged M20 by spring so stay tuned...Denny

Nice. I heard using couplers cut thin for mufler hangers was good haha. I am interested in both the manifold and the non oil cooled engine temps. I would think cooler oil would be better for the turbo inlet and I would think they would have fit with your manifold, but too late for that I guess!318iS Track Rat :nice: www.drive4corners.com

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.
