Still debating on those. Only fronts I wonder if the stock booster can support it. Maybe have to upgrade to the double diaphragm booster, but at that point might as well get 2 pot rears as well.

Hear performance is stellar though. One guy even noted stopped better than the Brembos on his porsche

Not much progress today. Spent 5 hours trying to bring my roof back to life. All the clearcoat was basically gone.

Was scared to hit it with wool pad since the paint was already super thin. Some small spots got knocked back to primer, but looks 50x better now with some shine. No longer a balding middle aged car.

Wish I got a b4 and after, but I'll snap some pics tomorrow. Still need to get some foam pads and try to get out the swirls.

I picked up a set of 4-piston 400E brakes from PYP for $60. I may pull those springs and cut 'em to fit.

Pulling mercedes springs can be a bitch. If you ever pulled the stock springs out you'd see. Dont use mcpherson compressor it can work, but its and ordeal & pretty dangerous. Easiest thing to do is just drop the LCA's and the rear should only be one bolt.

End of another long day. Not much going on still. Starting to look more like a car. Paint is a bit richer now & stripped the hood. Will start blocking it tomorrow & will try to get my skirts and cladding on by the weekend.





Can see how thin the paint is. Some spots are already showing primer. I'll just pass it off as "patina"
