Seems like its been awhile since I've gotten anything done. Took a little vacation out to Colorado this past week, much needed.

Right before I left I replaced my broken rear side marker with a new one that Steve had laying around. The black tab on the end of one side broke off, so sometimes it would fall out like this if you pressed on it.

    New

I still had a few things to sort out with the hvac panel area. Some of you may noticed in older pictures, my obc light bar was out. Also, I had a piece of my panel missing under the AC button. Only noticeable at night, when the illuminating light shines through the hole.

Greg at Bavarian restoration has a lot of cool products for e30s. I've bought many things from him including two si boards, ground cables, my afm, and now his 13 button obc light bar. He modified it with an led bulb so hopefully doesn't burn out anytime soon. And for dirt cheap. Can't recommend him enough. It's easy to replace, once you get to the obc :) just pull out from the side

Burnt out one on bottom, new one on top.

Finally, everything appears to be working properly.

I haven't been driving the car much, but here's how the suspension is sitting as of now.

Up next--new engine mounts, aluminum control arms, front sway bar end links, and replacing the shot steering rack.

I must say that attention too detail is something i really like :D
Myself has some kind of ocd into details, OEM+´s way.
I do some small details now and then on my own m3 :)
And btw, i love the Tesa textile tape :)

Looks great! but I imagine in a few months that Alcantra wheel is going to have oil on it from your hands and have dead spots. A top grain seems to hold up better.

I use driving gloves for this reason. And, if it ever gets to that point (which will take awhile with gloves) ill just have it re-wrapped :)

Isn't op like 20 yrs old?
Shit I'm a year older and can't even fathom doing anything to this caliber.
I'm doing something wrong in my life.

Looking good man! Very similar to what I'm doing with my Zinno build. Great inspiration here! If you're interested in a head unit with some more modern features check out the RMT200 - i have a big thread on it in the Audio section of the forum, looks close to OEM, came out great.

I am 21 now ;) And I am incredibly fortunate that I was able to sell my e46 m3 when the opprotunity arose for the e30. Otherwise I probably wouldnt have one.

Thanks man. I watched your thread as you installed it. It looks great too. Right now my cassette player works and I use a cassette->aux cord to listen to my phone. Sound quality is good enough for me. And after all the trouble I went through to install it, I plan to keep it :)

You know it! I swapped that in as soon as I could, once I got it. Made such a difference. Thank you, again.
