Upgrading my clutch. About to buy Sachs SRE 618 pressure plate with SRE disc. Should handle the power well

Replaced the rusty cooling fluid from the HJ and managed to get the rust to separate from the old fluid :D Now I can reuse this one :D

Did some research through web for couple late nights. I didn't find what I was looking for. The pressures for the valve springs that I'm aiming is 45-50kg seat pressure and 95-105 at 12mm of lift.



Today I went through my own spring collection and found out that fiat 8v twincam inner springs share same dimensions than m20 inners except they have thicker coil.

Itb manifold welded. Now I just need to port and polish it and give it a paint job.

Installed power steering and alternator in place to see real clearance for the manifold. Made a mock up plenum out from left overs :D

Are you going to put individual velocity stacks on each runner In the plunum? Just wondering cause I want to build a manifold soon and I heard it was better but I can't build my own stacks and i don't know where to find them that small.

I have literally a hundred of these stepped velocity stacks machined for a stillborn project, don't know what diameter your runners at the plenum are .....
