Progress? Nein
End up doing the Club Race school at Road Atlanta in the daily since the Racecar wasn't ready. Since it recently sat for a year I needed some stuff..A bit of some stuff..

SIDE NOTE: I'm always riddled with asking professionals, (who do their career for a living), If There is X Senerio should you Make sure you do X prep, Or Make sure the product is X size, Or X spacing, AND IT BE WRONG! Having to come back and have it fixed. Note Paint peeling off the carbon hood... Another day, another beer. Not a drinker, just my Larry Enticer way of biting my tongue and moving on.

And thats my pic from the event fellas... HA. But take note. I might able to get video of the Caymon catching me on 2 going thru T3... Maybe one week...

Thanks! Enjoy your track inspired build also!
I use these on most of the cars.
McMaster-Carr is the complete source for your plant with over 595,000 products. 98% of products ordered ship from stock and deliver same or next day.
Those Z3s came off a E46M Racecar. I think as long as the car is lower power and lighter, the tires will last.
Thank you! And thanks for the link, I am going to order some of those bushings also.Leave a comment:

This thread is awesome! Your photos reminded me I need to put some rubber bushings on my oil cooler. Do you know which bushings you used on yours? They look fairly thin.
Also crazy how you chunked those DZIII's! I like them better than the DZII, they are faster and seemingly last longer as well. Haven't had any chunking issues on my car.

This thread is awesome! Your photos reminded me I need to put some rubber bushings on my oil cooler. I just ordered some from a Porsche OEM part number, hopefully they are fairly thin. I will probably have to remake my brackets to compensate for the added thickness. Do you know which bushings you used on yours? They look fairly thin.

Thanks! This is a beautiful build. Your rear diff and shock tower reinforcement is exactly what I wanted to do to my rallycross car. I couldn't get around to it because I found the frame collapsing around the spring hats and that required enough work to fix that I didn't have time for anything else. The trailing arm reinforcement is a great design. Your build is very well thought out and a real inspiration to me. You're doing everything right.
Time vs money, one can be hard, both can be tough!
Ive just always wanted to build things like BMW would have. Like 1980/90’s, I do wonder if Germans are still German.
Starting this thread has been motivational for me to try and get it back on track. I can think of days of stuff for me to sort before I pull the car back out if storage. But I can’t wait and it makes you work harder to get there!
