yup, sounds like you are maxing out the injectors. if its only a little lean, you dont need that much bigger, but it never hurts to have a little overkill.

19, 23, 24.... all of those are too small. 24# injectors are only going to support around 160-180bhp on a 4 cylinder engine... unless you run them at 99% duty cycle and run ungodly amounts of fuel pressure.
