    When my last radio died, I tossed it and drove with this gaping hole in the dash for several years.

    Just recently I found the correct radio per my car's option sticker. Thought I scored a deal when I got it for about $550. Worked for about 5 minutes before burning out. Spent another $300 to have it repaired. BTW, going rate for good used Blaupunkt Reno radios is about $800-$1000. Crazy. They were $50 about 10 years ago.

    I can definitely see that. Even owning a 996, the worst Porsche ever created, I still *almost* miss that car, but more importantly I desperately want another 911 in the future.

    I just read that in 2018 survey, Porsche owners are the most loyal owners to their brand over any other car. It's also going to be the 70th anniversary of the company IIRC.

    I have a small 1/18 (I think thats the size) model of a 993TT in Arena Red. Likely as close as I will get to owning one

    I just sold my very first Porsche car, the 993tt! I'm going to miss it...still have my 993 Carrera. But replaced it with this steamer screamer
