you dont get the federal millage reimbursement??? IIRC this year its 51 cents a traveled mile for business (thats well above just gas money unless you are driving a big block chevy loaded heavy or with a blower on it). I would be pissed as all hell if my employer wants me to use my car to make them money and not reimburse me my mileage and wear and tare on my shit.
If they only want to pay for fuel then give me a company car or a fuel card I can use for personal use as well. I can do it either way. He elected to pay his own taxes. I also give an allowance for health coverage.
I started off doing 356's and Jags and through hard work and word of mouth (I don't advertise), worked my way up to the cars I do now. We are known for quality and correctness of the finished product. I don't care how many hours he worked, it had to be quality work. That's why I got mad when I saw him using a 5" disk with 36 grit on an aluminum fender.Comment

Having very little post secondary education I'd jump on that job in a heartbeat. I'm currently a manager at a quick service restaurant and making 11-something an hour, working 40-45hrs a week, shift work, at any time they want to schedule me, including overnight shifts, I'd jump on this job and never let it go.
