I agree to a certain degree that in college we should not have a 'dress code', that being said wearing clothes that with profanity on them is inappropriate. I know girls dress slutty but come on, who really is going to object to that :) . But seriously, they may wear questionably appropriate clothes for class but at least their clothes dont literally say "I Like Dick" or "lets fuck".
OP, if your shirt had was an innuendo or actually said "Fresh as F*ck" instead of the actual word i bet you would have been given more slack. I know that when i go to class the most casual I ever am is a long sleeved T-shirt, or pull over jean/khakis and a hat. For the most part I almost always wear a collared shirt and try not to wear hats. I like to take my self and my work somewhat seriously, and have others do the same, hence my attire.
I have worn, and will wear some of the most ridiculous shit you've ever seen if im going out partying, but as far as class or everyday life is concerned I dress to be taken seriously and most people treat me as such.

Well I wish I could wear this but I know I'd probably get the same reaction. I go to Uconn.
