I am Pro-Meat, and although I am NOT a Nutritional expert, you can in no way convince me that a vegan diet/religion is healthier for anyone. sorry.

if it was right, we would have evolved to be Vegan.

    we didn't.

Been wanting to try this just to see how different I feel. I would not cut meat out completely but just reduce it a lot.

Eating lots of soy protein will increase your estrogen levels and will to an extent, decrease your test levels. Just thought you might want to know that. Have you thought about decreasing your red meat, but increasing your intake of fish and chicken instead?

This^ and if you want to feel amazing cut fast food 100% out of your diet. I grab a fresh sub over fast food. Cost the same and I feel a better full.

Also how am I to pull off my diabolical laughs with a tofu? Bloody meats is a must in my life

Will never be a vegan. Part time vegetarian/pescatarian ( wife is Indian = LOTS of vegetarian and fish dishes ) and I still indulge in the occasional burger/steak. Good luck getting all the proteins your body needs being vegan. And I'm not laughing at you.

I'm laughing at your choices in life. Good luck leaf eaters.

Actually, the exact contrary. My diet consisted of lean meats, no processed sugars (no donuts, etc.), very little processed carbs (breads, cereals etc.), no deep fried foods and lots of fresh veggies and some fruit.

The building blocks of the human body is protien, just saying. Also one thing to think of is yes your saving money on certain foods but then your spending it on vitamins to replace what your not getting so it probably equals out.
I dont' take vitamins nor supplements...never have. I'm over 30 and have been consistantly acing my yearly physicals sinc emy early 20's (blood work included) to the point of where my Dr. doesnt' even bother with asking me to do them anymore.

I dont' eat soy nor tofu, shit tastes terrible. I still lift weights and use things like pumpkin protein, and hemp protein in my almond milkshakes.

I havent' eaten red meat in years either and when I did, it was once a week at MOST. I was only on chicken and fish for years, but it got really bland esp. when I was in natural body building. now when I try to eat chicken, I have some nasty farts and feel terrible for the rest of the day and when I go to bed, I struggle to get to sleep and feel tired the next day.

LOL. For those of us who value food as an experience, that's not really an issue.
