This is what I have now. Orange idler is the trouble one.
No, these are not drawn to scale, yes my idlers move around, lol...but this is just to get an idea.

This is what I want to do:

Summit Racing has 2500psi braided PS line that I can cut to legnth and slam some -6AN fittings on. The setup now already has the fittings, so all I need is the line for $35. Get the correct sided belt, and blamo, I can get this shit done in a weekend.
My only reservations are the clearance of the belt as it goes around the tensioner, then by is from the alternator to the crank. My other concern is the clearance between the belt from the alternator to the crank and the power steering box. I'll get the pulleys arranged and run a rope around it to make sure it'll work and go from there.

Got the serp belt routed and removed the crummy bracket and one idler. 6pk1145 fits perfect. Got all rainy and cold on my so I packed it up for the night, but she starts and runs.

I was worried about the bet clearing the thermostat housing and upper rad hose, but it looks like it clears just fine.
