In all seriousness, fitness is about an 80% diet and 20% exercise split.
The more time you spend in the kitchen, determines your overall health.

The leaner you get, the more this becomes apparent.
For those of you around 190+, any amount of physical activity will show results.
Then after a while you'll plateau with the consistent diet and exercise.
Only a change in diet will get you onto the next level.
It;s easier than spending more time exercising...unless your pushing to become an Olympian.

Edit: Dammit you guys, now I'm trying to hide my laughter at the office while thinking of this dude "eating sweet dong"

B is for Build is a YouTube channel aimed at "car enthusiasts" that are either too young to drive or never had the motivation/competency to learn how to work on cars. This seems to be a common theme on the internet... Hell, "B is for Build" sounds like educational material made for children trying to learn the alphabet. I'll be the first to admit that my welding ability is only slightly better than Stevie Wonder, but I'll at least grind it back and try again.

Forgive me if this is too on topic, but is that guy from the R3V Facebook who bought the "new" E30 M3 shell on here? Build quality is ridiculously high, but so is the money spent on tools/equipment. Do you guys think that build quality is highly dependent on the tools/equipment available?

What car related YouTube channels do you watch?

I got my car back from the mechanic finally. I took it to him the beginning of Aug...

runs worse now than when I took it to him. My initial triage, looks like the MAF that was replaced 10 months ago is now bad...again...

Cool! Yeah I watch most of those as well when I can. I also watch:
                              Mighty Car Mods
Anything from Motor Trend(I have friends that work there/host shows)
                              Regular Car Reviews

What's going on with it? I think my 6 month old MAF in my OBDI 24V car just went bad(probably because I didn't go OEM).

Oh yeah mighty car mods, I used to watch them a lot but, lost interest.

I unplug the maf and car runs a lot better. Plug the maf back in and the car almost dies and runs like crap.

gonna check to make sure I have the right voltage going to the maf and check the resistance on the maf.
