I signed a paper, basically an NDA, saying I can't share any data, proprietary knowledge, and can't slander the business. I think it says I'm not supposed to even talk about being fired? Idk whatever

Double check that NDAs are even remotely enforceable where you are, often they are bullshit or at least have situations where they are not.
I would not pass over any job due to an NDA with an ex-employer.

Afterwards, he is interested in the idea (this was actually my idea I pitched to him a month ago) that I would be contracted to come in and install a roll cage, or maybe do something else that I'm good at. I said that's a possibility, I would like to keep the door open for future business.

Absolutely agree to this for now. You can always change your mind later. When the time comes, name your price and don't sell yourself short.

What I'm about to say is said simply, and takes time to fully feel this concept, truly.

Getting out of my own head has been a struggle, but it's the biggest factor in doing anything. Learning about my mental disabilities and understanding how to work with them/around them is how I am able to roll with the punches and move forward. Never expected that would be on my bingo card this year, but here we are.

I will remember to show up for myself everyday, as you say. I like the way that sounds.

Ok, I'm back to being mature.

I always find myself saying to myself "This too shall pass". It always helps to remind me that there are going to be constant struggles/stresses/conflicts in life. Some come, some go, some stay forever. As long as you can do your best to confront them, and don't let them consume you on a daily basis, you will keep moving forward and make progress to wherever you want your life to go. So keep rolling with the punches. Life somehow finds a way to figure it self out. Might take a month or a decade, but eventually you'll find yourself where you belong.

shes at least a 7 on both axis… probably more like a 8x8, so I’d say it was fun while it lasted and you can start fresh with new job and new locale. Who knows maybe she will settle down on the crazy a little (she won’t lol)
