So my boss Just cussed me out in front of everyone for no reason. He wrote me up for missing a meeting that I told him I could not attend as I had prior arrangements he said okay and that was what i thought was the end of it. Until I got my write up and he flipped his shit on me. I just said what ever and walked away. Ended up leaving for a bit and punched a metal sign and folded that bitch in half on the way out. Not sure how to go about this. What he did was disrespectful, unprofessional and wrong. I would have no problem getting my ass chewed if it was in private but in front of the entire shop put me at a new level of angry and I just had to get out and cool off before I did or said something stupid aside from fucking up the sign. How would any of you handle this?

i've started developing a closet interest in these m20 mods. for example, i really like reading the posts by the member digger. i understand that you are trying to comply with the legalities of a certain racing class, but i wonder what would be the potential of that bottom end with some more liberal top end mods? 200whp should be....say...230 at the crank? that is pretty awesome for a lowly little m20

I like the 'period correctness' of it, the fact that 2v engines have their own sound, and it's fun to play with pistons, cams and a good port and polish. I've even looked into an M30 swap.

Ultimately, 24v is cheaper dollar:horsepower
