hey lets talk about the Canadians while we are at it, who did that land belong to?
i dont think the u.s. has a "right" to be here. unless that "right" is through mass genocide, then yes we do. i also think that point is now irrelevant because of mass genocide. too few native americans now exist to actually make a difference anymore. unfortunately.

While I dont disagree with that, yes we would prolly have some involvement if all out war breaks out between Iran and the jews, but this way it would allow the Israel's to take the brunt of the operational losses, and we would have more of a support role, like the Brits, Canadians, Australians, Germans and so on have been for us in the other 2 sand boxes.

The nice thing about our 2 sandboxes is that it would put Iran on the defensive, form 2 fronts.

it can go one of two ways, Isreal handles this by themselves or we get involved, and guess what since we supply all the hardware to them the image is that we are still involved. Not good for our boys and girls of the armed forces either way.

^ Great point, it allows the resolution of Iran's nuclear ambitions and power hungry ruling, while keeping the US (Two Middle-East "theaters' of conflict already) out of any further repercussions from the Middle East.

And it gives the Israeli's the ability to use some of that nice hardware they have been buying from us.

does Iran really want to pick a fight like this with the jews???? The Israeli's will stomp the shit out of them, Israel is not a dog to be fucked with, they have been on a really short chain for a very long time and being poked through the fence by the neighbor kids for just as long.

I say let Iran play with fire, let Israel handle Iran so we dont have to.

    Reuters

TEHRAN - Iran's elite Revolutionary Guards are ready to provide a military escort to cargo ships trying to break Israel's blockade of Gaza, a representative of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said on Sunday.

"Iran's Revolutionary Guards naval forces are fully prepared to escort the peace and freedom convoys to Gaza with all their powers and capabilities," Ali Shirazi, Khamenei's representative inside the Revolutionary Guards, was quoted as saying by the semi-official Mehr news agency.

Any intervention by the Iranian military would be considered highly provocative by Israel which accuses Iran of supplying weapons to Hamas, the Islamist movement which rules Gaza.

The Guards, with their own navy, air force and command structure separate from the regular armed forces, are seen as fiercely loyal to the values of the Islamic Republic.

"If the Supreme Leader issues an order for this then the Revolutionary Guard naval forces will do their best to secure the ships," Shirazi said. "It is Iran's duty to defend the innocent people of Gaza."

Last Monday Israeli troops killed nine activists on board one ship in a convoy trying to deliver aid to Gaza, sparking international outrage, especially in Muslim countries.

Another ship was boarded on Saturday and pro-Palestinian activists have promised more as they challenge the blockade imposed four years ago with the stated aim of stopping arms getting to Hamas.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel will continue to stop ships reaching the shore and creating "an Iranian port in Gaza," a reference to Iran's support for Hamas.

Your rapid fire questions to a question is just stupid at this point.
