that earns you a "yeah fuck off" at venues that don't tolerate fascists. we have no obligation to book them. you don't like that attitude? fine, find somewhere else to play your show

why do you assume there was violence involved, when i already made light of the fact that this happened peacefully?
Thanks for fighting the good fight, and not letting adults decide for themselves who they wish to support. With noble folk such as yourself deciding for us, we no longer have to think.

I support music more than I support threats of violence. Music tends to bring people together.

Did you or Antifa suggest that a protest and possibly violence would break out if this touring musical group visited your area?

    Sounds pretty scary imo.

Last night at work a patient's family member called the ER to tell us that "if anything happens to her I'm going to come kill you all." He had a history of doing similar things. There was no preventative response we all just laughed it off. Still scary.

This is actually pretty common in healthcare. Sounds like antifa uses similar tactics.

Ends justify the means and all..

TIL that you can dismiss someone who's spent less time than yourself on a forum by calling them an addict. Is that irony, or flat out stupidity?

We're all irrelevant here, the only way by which we gain some semblance of relevance is by our contributions to this community. I can easily say I hold little relevance, z31 has been a very vocal member who holds a fairly rational centrist position on nearly every topic making him a solid contributor. Is your only argument that as the frequency by which a member posts is a determinant for how easily you can dismiss them? Your retort was nonsense, quick bickering for the sake of it.

When people stop giving a shit who they offend, people will stop being offended by everything. A toddler stops crying after a few days when they have to go to bed when the parents stop coming in and trying to comfort them. Shits so simple.

I just saw an article in the HuffPo here in the last couple days, where people are getting pissed off at the Xmas classic Rudolf the red nosed reindeer, because its some how racist and sexist. FFS...........
WDOK has stopped playing "Baby it's cold outside" because of the #MeToo movement.

If they pulled that shit over the name, then they should just stop what they are doing and accept that they are the very thing they hate.

I hope it wasn't because of the band name. I really hope it wasn't, because a name like that likely has much more to do with music folklore than race.

meanwhile children are being tear gassed at the southern border (would have been a war crime if i did that in iraq) and nobody here has a word to say about it so i guess it's just fucking dandy

you want to talk down to an anarchist about whether or not it's okay to employ violence? fix your own house first

Hahahaha, so why do you think we care when you question ours? Oh no, some frittata Antifa guy on an obscure BMW forum.......THE HORROR!

All you can do is play middle-school level word games.

You intimate and imply certain ideals, but when someone says that's what you support the only thing you ever respond with is "WHERE DID I EXPLICITLY STATE THAT?!?!?!?!"

    It's really quite amusing.

If I a Canadian attempted to cross a border south into the US at a full out sprint, I would consider myself lucky if I all I were met with was CS gas a some blunt force trauma.
