    Show me your Houndstooth!

Went back through my build thread and grabbed some interior pics.

I actually picked up an entire spare houndstooth interior in 2016. Took me two years of consistent searching to find it.
Driver's seat is ripped and mechanism is damaged (seat bottom bends in half), but I took the bolsters from the passenger seat.

This is the only way I could get a "match". My fabric has quite a bit of UV damage, and even if I was to find new fabric, it wouldn't look the same as the rest.

Any other interesting houndstooth interiors out there, even non-BMW?

First gen Camaro had a deluxe hounds tooth cloth interior. Seen on a lot of 69 Z/28s

Have you tried one of those hand held carpet cleaning machines? I have one marketed for "pet" stains, and it works wonders on cloth seats. Pulled long-set stains right out of the cloth seats and headliner on a '99 Civic I once owned.

Man, that looks great! Amazing how much a nice interior works on a vert.

Yes, it was called ''rupert" by Warwick fabrics. Colour called London Clay. Sadly discontinued

Haha that picture was from quite a while ago.

As I had some rusty floors to fix, I drove around without carpet for years!
Didn't want to trap any moisture and make it worse.
