aight well ill contribute more. This may sound really fucking dumb but this little knob is ideal for drifting entry and ebrake control.
Basically it eliminates having to push the ebrake button in to release it, which makes using the ebrake much easier. imo its a must, granted you cant afford a hydro for better means of braking

Haven't driven my e30 in a few years due to lack of time and rebuilding/swapping the engine but here is what i had and it drifted well.
Engine:
stock m20 with intake and autothority chip
Suspension:
Turner Motorsports J-Stock suspensions consisting of custom TMS springs, revalved Bilstein shocks, Suspension Techniques swaybars (22/19mm), camber plates, offset upper strut bearings, aluminum rear shock mounts, and all E30 reinforcement kits.
Rear End:
Stock diff

stock 3.73 lsd
i never had any under steer issues and was very controllable when sideways, i like it a lot. only thing else i could say is that is was a bit too tail happy which i probably could have fixed by adjusting the rear sway bar.
i will see how it does when i get the motor re-tuned and the car has a full cage now and is lighter.

If you drive your e30 on stairs, you're gonna have a bad time.

Aren't you always piping up about stretched tires being stupid? But drifting through oncoming traffic is alright, because everyone's doing it...
