I wonder what the PN is for the little emblem on the e46 keyfobs. It'd be nice to get some of those and stick them on, make it look legit. Also could that third button be a panic button? or does require more headache then it's worth like a trunk release?

Not 100% sure. The panic button instructions are for a 4 button remote. I had the factory re-calibrate all the control modules to work with the e46 remotes which are only 3 button.
