Hi SGC. finally pulled and rolled the rear for the 10". Sitting nicely offset-wise now. Needs a little lower now though.

Final ET13 (I really want to try to make it a ET15, but I still have to play with a grinder in the back when I get the chance). You can't go any higher (positive) than a ET15, at least not from my experience.
