Thanks for the offer, but I don't want to deal with attempting to BAR a 3.4 m30 as it won't be legal since the motor is older than the car (1991). Like Kronus said, the g240 won't bolt up to an m30 (or m20 g260 for that matter).

Just out of curiosity, how do you value a car like that as an insurance adjuster?

I use JC Taylor for my 'antiques' - I declare the value, and pay the premium associated. Which is like 150.00 / year for my 2002 valued at 20K.

Of course there are some restrictions, as antique insurance basically means car use for club/show events, maintenance rides, and limited driving.

Daily driving would be another story I am not familiar

All e30's would now be officially antiques - over 20 years old.
