today I bought main cap bolts from mcguckin, sent my block w/pistons to the machine shop for boring, pulled the rebuilt head off of the other m20b25 and ghetto painted the vert engine bay.
I also seem to have ripped a huge ass hole in my pants.

that is all.

ps-also got new freeze plugs and headgasket in the mail from pelican. I can't believe I've spent so much $$ and still need so much! anyone got a z3 shifter?

pps-someone buy that goddamn s52. i have it bookmarked and it keeps trying to reach into my wallet through my laptop monitor.

ha ha ha!!! well this is the general chat thread!! anything that isn't worth making a new thread about pretty much goes here!! and so far its a bunch of us broke dudes telling each other to buy stuff, and griping about how broke we are. I guess that's why we are on an E30 forum, and not E46fanatics.com or m5board.com....

and talking about M5s, I saw my FIRST E34 M5 that I have EVER seen in my waking life today in Ft Collins. Black on black, bone stock, and amazing. I also was driving with my wife and daughter in her black on black bone stock and immaculate E34, and when the guy in the M5 saw me gawking at his car, apparently he thought it was pretty hilarious.
