Why Not? I think Its cool to still turn over the pistons and that It still works, sure it would be 20lbs lighter without the pistons and crank, but Still not as cool in my opinion.

So, I purchased my AKG motor mounts and e21 transmission cups. I need a transmission bracket still and I need to do the wiring plug. Havent looked yet, but the engine side of the plug, is that the male or female side of the plug?

I have those on my B5.5 Passat 4Motion Wagon. I love them very much. Perfect tire for the PNW.

ION: I finally cleared out my garage so it can house my Baur. I'm excited to get it back, and to start plugging away at getting it back on the road.

Designed the Table base, Its going to be made out of 1inx1/8in Pieces of steel/aluminum.

Note to all, Sketchup is horrible at knowing the difference of feet and inches... Built the table then threw a scale person in and the table was bigger then the person...

You also are required to buy the pro version (450$) just to print a build plan.

That's pretty cool! Thinking about doing the same thing to a B27 block I have laying around.

              Piston top coasters anyone? Haha.

Daiku, post the picture so Keith M can take a look at it. I gotta shower and get ready for work. I'll look real fast if I have 5 minutes.

Haha oops, I got side tracked.

I'm curious what this plug/hose is? It has a rubber boot on it (mines coming apart) and is right below the intake manifold (m20).

                      Thanks

Yes, that is the injector harness plug.

In other news, I am thinking of moving up north for my last few months on the mainland. Some opportunity to make a little cash. I'd be just south of olympia. Would also give me chance and space to get my damn car sorted out and hawaiianized.

Hawaiianized? So you're going to sell it and buy one of these:
