Not always, what I have seen most of the time is that the casting with the retaining circlip cracks. But it is the perfect time for a manual swap.

You could always buy it and just do this.

I was trying to avoid spending more than 600$ but it appears that isn't that easy to do when you want something good. From everything I read on E36 boards the Rogue is awesome. iirc Remus is in the 700-900$ range?

If I spent 700+ id probably go for an AA
