I had to rent a storage unit for all my shit.

I have a 12,000 sq ft. shop. that's in a L shape. The back part of the shop is strictly for storage purposes. Right now there's about 5 or 6 cars back there and a few tons of car parts.

I'm up to 7 cars at the moment, one in my storage unit, along with the stuff I want to hang on to, but the rest of it is just hanging out at my shop (including my storage at the shop.) I might have an issue...

Yeaahh, that's a lot.... I think you might have a problem. Most of the parts and cars at my shop aren't mine.

We are slowly expanding to a shop the size of yours. Even at 2lifts we need more of them..yeehaw

I had one very briefly. Timing belt is the only big thing that I remember having to look out for. Prices are probably on the upswing, lots are higher mileage since they are non-Porsches according to people who have the money for a "real" Porsche.

There's a pretty nice looking one on cl for 2800 with a fresh timing belt water pump etc might make a nice daily so I can make The e30 a track only car

You may be doing that backwards. E30 is probably a much better daily.
