I would really like to know how much to offer this guy. I'm not sure how much I should be offering him, still kinda new to the m52/s52 world. he's open to offers, but I don't want him tocompletely blow me off if I low ball him too much.

That really sucks, Insurance will total that but if your lucky thats just core support damage.
